Public Points not giving me right amount.

Hi, I am just wondering why I got 1.20 Points instead of 1.70 points. Does it have to do with me changing plans? I just joined Public Mobile on Black Friday $34|20GB plan and it gave me 1.70 points. When I saw the $34|40GB Plan, I chose it for my next renewal (Dec 21st), but I got only 1.20.

you will get back 1.7 points next month when you are paying $34 in full from your credit card.

@facs1  Should be the same points as it has to do with plan price so 5% of the plan price . If it’s not correct ask support to investigate

adding @facs1  when you contact the you should ask if they can switch you to the new 50GB for $34 plan instead and happy new year

HI @facs1 

Because you have a $10 discount and only paid $24 instead of $34.  PM only calculate the 5% points only on the amount you paid via credit card or loaded via voucher, not the plan amount
