Hi, I topped up my account with a voucher after the initial payment by credit card during the activation. So the 2nd 30-day plan payment was made out the available funds balance.
Noticed that on the rewards side, only the initial payment earned rewards points as below.
Sep 06 2022 Welcome Present 5.00 pts
Sep 04 2022 10% Rate Plan Reward 1.50 pts
Sep 02 2022 Points-Back 0.75 pts
Is there a problem here or it is how the rewards points work if the payment is from Available Funds Balance?

@hTideGnow this is exactly correct. PM will deduct the PM credit or friend referral first and the award will be granted based on the net out-of-pocket amount.
In my case, since i am getting $5 referral credit every month, so this month my net payment from the existing credit is $10. I got 0.5+1 for the $10 only instead of $15.
And actually I was not entitled to any reward last month since the full $15 consist of the one-time $10 referral plus $5 referral for 5 months, which kind defeats the 12-month 15% rewards promotion.

The PM link is quite handy. CS added the missing points for Oct. Hopefully the point for next month will be added automatically.

You should have received points for the voucher after you loaded it into your balance. If you weren't given them, contact support.

Log in to your Account / My Rewards...all your Points should show up there.

Hi @towcheng2020 if available fund from a PM credit or friend referral, you won't get the points
but if you load Fund yourself, the you still earn points

That is correct. This is what I am asking. I am not getting points for the 2nd month. The only points I got so far were from the activation.
