My current plan is 45 dollars and I get 8.5 gbs but the new plan is 40 dollars and is 15 gbs I just paid the 45 and then saw that the cheaper plan has more data.... what do I do ?!

The only thing you can do is schedule plan change on next renewal.
PM will not refund you $45 even though you want to stay as a customer with different plan.
Do not change plan NOW as you will then pay 45+40 for double plan.

HI @Meldesforges I think it is just a browser problem
Try to clear cache and relaunch browser
or use Incognito mode

When you try again, login to your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode. It should work then.
Make sure that you chose the right $40 plan because you'll see two to choose from under the 4G speed section.

Just try again later.
If you put the change in for your next renewal date, you'll be charged then and not right away.
Just don't choose to have it change now!

I attempted to do that but my account won’t let me click the confirm button, I’ll attempt again, will that change it now and charge me again or will I be charged next payment date

Login to your account and put in a change to that new $40 plan on your next renewal date. Don't switch now or you'll get charged again and lose all that you just paid for in your plan.
