How do I make this stop. I get texts at midnight, at 2AM. PUBLIC MOBILE HERE, HERE'S A LIST OF YOUR REWARDS. Anyone have any clue how to stop this madness?

@softech interestingly, I have my texting app set to show me the time a message was *sent* rather than received, and the sent time is around noon on renewal day, despite actually getting the message at around midnight the day after renewal. So it would appear that it takes that message in particular about 12 hours to transmit. Lol.
For me at least I'm awake at that time, it's more the noon one that would wake me up with my schedule, but even seeing the muted message at midnight can be alarming, since any real people contacting you at that time, something could be wrong/urgent
I'm truly suprised they haven't fixed the issue for that reason alone. Anxiety it could cause at first

True, I guess those successful renewal , reward text could really be delayed till noon time
the only text that I think it should come midnight is the one about suspended, unable to renew text.
But honest, PM does not react to clients' command promptly for anything, not just this text. Even the obvious bugs could take forever to have PM to simply fix it. Don't know why

I'm disappointed that Public Mobile has known about this for more than a year but haven't fixed this. There's no excuse for a company to be contacting customers in the middle of the night. It's bad enough that many companies do this by e-mail without any consideration for their customers, but by text messaging is even worse. This isn't an acceptable practice by Public Mobile and it's inexcusable that the this hasn't be corrected after all this time.

I have the number that it comes from muted as a workaround.

You can turn OFF all notifications...but you might miss some valuable info.
How about just turning OFF the phone at night
