I received an email from Public Mobile saying that 2 sim cards were to be delivered to me and my credit card would be charged $11:30. However, I did not order the cards. How do I get my money back and have the cards returned?

Good to hear, I am hoping they clean up this glitch, but regardless you don't have to worry because even if it went that far PM would be able to resolve it for you!

Thanks everyone for your comments. I have been checking my credit record and Public Mobile did not charge me the $11.30.

I am assuming you have checked your card and saw no payment? It is a glitch effecting many but stay on top of it to make sure it doesn't progress to an erroneous charge as well.

Please ignore the messages. These e-mail messages were sent out in error. No SIM cards have been sent and your credit card was not charged.
