Public Mobile sent and charged me $11:30 for two sim cards that I did not order. What can I do?

I received an email from Public Mobile saying that 2 sim cards were to be delivered to me and my credit card would be charged $11:30. However, I did not order the cards. How do I get my money back and have the cards returned?

Thanks everyone for your comments. I have been checking my credit record and Public Mobile did not charge me the $11.30.
