I didn't need mobile internet because I had the 2nd SIM, I was on roaming with an European company, much cheaper than any Canadian companies. Shame on you, Canadian mobile phone companies!

@ConstantM I don't think they would force you to change but you can certainly get a better deal now, for example $25 with 1GB of data (assuming you have been paying $30 for 500MB). Best to contact support as already suggested.

@ConstantM if you have the $15 plan, that's 4x.
But no worry, It is just a system glitch, PM never just move people to different plan or price increase without sufficient notice, and this is no way a price increase
please message support and engage them for investigation

@ConstantM Is this supposed to be a plan of $30 for 500MB that you've been on for some time, because there are much better plans than that now.

@ConstantM - your plan should not be changed without you doing something to change it first.
What does your payment history say? Were you charged correctly?
Click the little circle refresh button to see if that clears up anything.

WHERE did you get this 'offer'? Through email? SMS from PM?
Confirm again what exactly subscription do you have!!!
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@ConstantM the plan details was not right anyway. $60 would not be just 500Mb
