Hello, I've just received my sim card in the mail yesterday and got my account activated. The problem is when I try to port my number i get an error reading "Public Mobile can't port your number right now, please try again".
After leaving the page and trying to input my number again it says my old number cannot be ported.

No, the number I'm trying to port is on a monthly plan. Not prepaid.

@Gryffenja any chance you are porting in from Koodo prepaid?
and check if the phone number is eligible to be ported into PM here:

@Gryffenja Dose this happen to be Koodo pre paid your trying to port number into PM if so you need support to help port number in for you
