Hi, 2 questions regarding public mobile points
1 Do you still get 5% public mobile points on the portion paid using vouchers?
2 Do you get 5% public mobile points on the portion when redeeming points?
thanks

@hairbag1 Incorrect. Points are not the same as cash; it's a discount you get on your bill. You only earn points on the amount you pay in cash (card or voucher).
You can see in September my points were 0.70 less because I redeemed 15 points for $15 off my bill.

The points you get for that renewal are 5%...regardless if paid with all or portion in redeemed points.
There are no additional points awarded for points that are redeemed for account balance eventually used to pay for the plan. I actually mistakenly thought as you did before as well, but it's not the case. @DennyCrane has provided the correct answer.

1) Yes
2) No, as your bill is reduced by the points and you only earn points in the net spend

you get 5% on total plan costs...regardless of how it's funded.
