I've gotten about 10-15 of these messages in the past hour. I am able to log into my account...is this spam?

that is exactly what I did, I created a separate alias email for public. Nobody gets that the email.

@KatieF - were you trying to log in to your My Account and failed multiple times?

It's very strange since no one even knows I'm with PM...will reset my password as a precaution. Thank you

As long as someone knows your email address (and surely many know it ) they can attempt to log into the Public Mobile account with as many incorrect passwords as might trigger these warning emails.
What do you may wish to do is create a new email address for specific use for your Public Mobile account and don’t let anyone else know the new email address you have created.
And then go into your self serve account and update the email address to the newly created one.

@KatieF Looking at the email address and the content of that email, it seems legit to me. Get your account password reset as soon as possible. Try not to click the link from the email to change your password. Go to the login page and click Forgot Password to get it reset. If you are unable to, you will have to contact CS_Agent through ticketing bot or private message.
