Public Mobile APN setting not working on LG G4

My LG G3 was working fine with data but I upgraded to LG G4 and used the same below APN and it is not even connecting to data. I have data enabled and every setting seems to be correct. So if someone can help.

There have been reports here that this issue with the LG G4 is only resolved by performimg a factory reset. If you decide to try that be sure to create a backup so you can recover all your photos, contacts etc.
