There are plenty of bugs in public mobile system, its a norm now. However it should work most of the time.

I have never been a Koodo prepaid customer. Do we actually share identical platforms with Koodo prepaid customers? Do they deal with all the bugs we have in our self serve portal?

All i know is that some recent issues in the backend caused that error. I guess 611 system works a bit differently. I reached out to the team, and they acknowledged that they are working on it, and there is no ETA when it will be fixed

Give it another try using a different browser. Chrome works quite well and especially in incognito mode. If you are still having issues, private message the moderator team right away.
