I keep getting a message that I am out of minutes with an provincial plan and I am calling within the province, this has been going on for several days, I have submitted a ticket but nothing seems to be getting done. This is my first negative experience here to be honest but come on lack of service for several days is not what I signed up for.

@Ricky1961 , have you checked your private message inbox? Response to tickets go there. It would be surprising that a CSA would not respond to an open ticket. Anyway, by chance are you on a legacy 90 day plan? I suggest checking out the latest $40/15GB deal.

Unless you have grandfathered plan with a lot of benefits why don't you switch to one of Canada wide plans? Even $15 plan is Canada wide now. And you will keep all your old rewards, not to worry about that.

You opened ticket, did you check the inbox? If it has been long, please message them again
