Hi, I switched to this plan from a 50Gb Public Mobile plan, but noticed that I did not get the 1000 Long Distance minutes on the account. Why? Does the long distance minutes not apply to existing customers? Thanks!

I would like to piggyback on this one. My wife and I both upgraded our plan to the 75GB version of this that offered 1000 LD, but it is not showing in our Usage Breakdown. Additionally, my wife just tried to make a LD call and it said she was out of minutes.

@2gr82btrue You got the LD minutes. Go into the app main screen and select "Usage Breakdown". The minutes are listed at the top.
