Hi,
My account and line were deactivated. Looking to contact cs to get my account reinstated. Not sure why this happened. This is a new account I created in order to post on Community.

There is a difference between 'deactivated' and 'suspended'.
Deactivated - account is closed, number lost. Usually occurs due to no payment for >90 days. If this is the case - you do not have PM service and not possible to retain same number.
Suspended - temporary out of service due to no pay or customer reported phone as lost/stolen. Bill has to be paid within 90 days or account will be deactivated. If this is the case - pay the bill and service will be restored.

HI @jasonduruloo is your account deactivated or suspended?
if just suspended, very easy, login to My Account , reactivate the service by make a payment
But if it is deactivated, then there is nothing CS agent can help. You will need to buy a new sim card and setup the new account and pick a new number

@jasonduruloo , are you referring to self serve account or community account. Only self serve accounts get deactivated if in suspended status for 90 days. Community accounts do not get deactivated for lack of use. If you need CSA support, use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket. They might not respond to being tagged in the community. This is not the official way for seeking their support.
