Hello how to get my account to stay set to my province. I keep changing it to my province and it always sets back to ontario? Is that normal or what do I need to do? or does it matter 🤔

@Kaleden : I seem to recall that some things would be local time. Like outgoing calls or something. But no, everything runs on ET here.

Is there no way to change the time zone from ET to PT in the self serve usage summary? Frustrating that it’s always out.

@Bear2 On your phone, try automatic time sone. The phone should use time zone of your current location. Set device time manually if that doesn't work.

Do you mean your Community Account? If so, that it doesn't really matter, unless you are looking at available phone plans that are available in that province.
Mine usually does not stay to my province either.
OR, do you mean under your 'My Profile' in your Self Serve account? Again, I don't think it matters, but why wouldn't this save?

Everything in the self-serve and accounts runs on ET.
The community can be set to whatever time zone you like but it's not technically connected to the phone system.
