Hey all,
I've looked through chats and have tried a bunch of options but can't figure out why I can't get my data to work on my phone.  Received the sim yesterday, switched from koodo (not prepaid) - received the text, pressed okay, koodo account says I'm done with them.  So swapped over my sim card at that point.
Great.  So my calls and texts work on PM network but I still can't access the internet.  I've change the APN to the ones listed on the community tab, I've toggled airplane mode, I've restarted my phone.  
So I tried to reach out to create a ticket but I can't log in to my account as I have been getting a Forbidden A1 messages since yesterday.  This is getting a tad frustrating......
Please help me LoL

Update, I now don't have phone, text or internet - I guess I must have had them because I was hooked up to wifi?  This is bad.....

Thanks for the reply! I have an android, I just tried the "reset settings" option to no avail so unless there's another option.  I can receive and make calls.
I'll try to submit a ticket.

what phone do you have?  iPhone or Android?

did you try click Reset all networks?

can you make calls? can you receive calls?

@Selina85  Try resetting network settings and update carrier settings if needed see if that helps

but to submit ticket try this direct link it will work
