Hello, I received a call claiming has rogers promotional team. They offered a great deal i could not refuse. They asked me for Quebec license number and passport number which I provided. Later called from different number they asked me for public mobile account number which I gave, when I called that number back it went to Roger’s customer care I thought it might be legitimate call. Later at night I got a call from bell promotion saying that they received a missed call from my number but I never did. Now I realized it could be a scam caller. I’m worried my given data may be misused please advise what I can do in this case.

I would report the number to your local authorities and monitor your credit, bank account and email to make sure nothing else has been taken.

Not sure what they can do with you PM account number, hence would not worry about this part, assuming you have an active number with PM, as even if they want to port the number, you will still need to reply to the SMS to port the number.
Regarding your personal information, not sure why you have provided your passport , but in any case i would suggest to monitor your Credit - it's updated monthly , you can do it through the online banking and contact Credit Bureau in case of any issue. Also if there will be some misuse of personal info, you can contact police for further investigation.

@Ajithmakkena , if a scammer has your identity, they could do all sorts of damage. I would probably start with checking in with the transunion, equifax or whoever is affiliated with your bank to see if there have been any hits on your credit score. That would be an early indicator of someone taking advantage of the identity theft.

Not much you or Public Mobile can do information is already out, just be wary of any calls from marketing teams they are not always true. Typically passport will not be needed when signing up for phone plans. Try to check in with any bank accounts you have to see if anything abnormal popped up.
