Is there a forum for what promotions are posted for existing users? Been on the same plan 2 years and looking to upgrade maybe.

There are sometimes promos for special plans. There are the past more is merrier freebies. There are surveys for goodies. There are referral promos.
You just need to check in here on occasion. I think some people made a way to be notified somehow when a new item is added to the announcement category.

What plan are you currently on? The two current promos are $40/15GB or $45/20GB; both are 4G speed.

The best place to peruse is the announcements section, it's here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/bd-p/Announcements
Another is Public Mobile's twitter feed, it's here:

In every December (for the past few years anyway...) there has been Holiday giveaways which include FREE data and international minutes. That seems to be something we can all count on as a little retention gift.

The community is usually the best place to learn of any new promotions available to existing customers. Sometimes red flag deals will get the jump on some promos and if they apply to existing users it if there is a favourable glitch that benefits existing customers like the recent new activation promocode for $20 off the $55/20gb plan for 15 months=$35/20gb. Someone discovered existing customers could apply the promocode when changing plans in self serve.
Public Mobile started offering $25 ($5×5 months) bonus referral credit promotions again last year too. Let's hope they soon start offering them again this year.

@billyjean007 for any promotion, it would be this Community here you can find out.
However, there is really not many promotion for existing members. It is not great but this is how this mobile industry works, focusing on new activations.
For plan upgrades, check the $40-15Gb or $45-20Gb, they are both great plans
