@softechis correct. PM team is working on restoring the voice call issue.
For the time being,
1..install Fongo app on your smartphone. Give your new Fongo phone number to you friends and family to call you.
2. Use WhatsApp or Signal apps to communicate with your family and friends.

@Anny818 there was problem with voice calling and receiving for some customers last copule days ago. The issue supposed to have been fixed, but it is possible that it came back for some users.
Please try Refresh All networks and see if it helps
