Hi. I signed up to get a free 30 days service as well as a 5gb or 2gb per month bonus for the holidays. This was almost a week ago now and I'm not seeing anything.

Previous promotions had the credit added to the accounts 5 business days after the activation time period ended. So look for it around January 20th to 22nd. If you dont see it with 3 days left til your renewal then contact the moderators to have them add it.

If you entered your email on the promotion link to become eligible for 2nd month free and 5 gig add-on. Also provided that you signed up for a plan that is eligible for the promotion. Than within 30 days of activation. You will get a credit to your account balance for your 2nd month as well as the bonus data add-on will be applied to your account.

Thank you. I added the minutes and 2gb add on. So the 30 days will be added automatically and will the 5gb also be added automatically?

Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 business days of activating. These credits will count towards your next plan renewal.
