I have tried to contact costumer service for 3 days, mas haven’t got an answer yet.
there’s a promo where I should get the first month for free, but I didn’t get it for free. I need someone to check why and refund me

It is understandable why you 'believe' it is the first month free. In fact, the credit may not apply until the 3rd month, if you signed up with the most recent promotion.
The promotion stated:
"From April 21 - 26 at 11:59PM EST, new customers can get one month for $0 when they activate on any plan online or in-store."
If a new user stopped reading at this point and signed up for the promotion, they may believe it might be the first month.
But in the terms and conditions, the section below clearly outlines the timing:
"Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount. The credit will be applied towards your third month of service, within 60 days of activation. This offer is subject to change without notice."

The first month is never free with these promotions. It is the 2nd month that is free. As long as you meet the criteria (ie. submit your email), the credit usually will be in your account within 30 days.

You need to meet these requirements to be eligible.
How to Get this Offer:
It can take 30 days for the credit.

FYI - 2nd month free can take up to 30 (to 60 days) in terms, right? When did you activate?
