I am trying to make a ticket to get my PUK code for a different account, but the service ticket portal refuses to log me in, from any of my accounts. I have tried other browsers, reset my password and other troubleshooting. How can I contact a mod without using the ticket?

@cvf1 : First of all, which exact message is your phone saying? Are you just new to Public Mobile bringing your phone? Is your phone older than 20197?
Edit: the ticket "login" is your community account first and then you can choose a couple methods, one of which is your account login.
