I subscribed to a plan using referral but the rewards/ promotion did not reflect and the a month deducted did not take promotion into consideration.

Message CSA and ask if they can see the Friend Referral Code Applied to your account, when adding the Code upon Activation you have to press 'Apply Codes' Twice otherwise the Friend Referral Code will not be added in successfully.

hi @AA_shah it will be there within 3 days. Check My Account and you will see it there in Available Fund . You will use it to pay for next renewal

You should get the $10 credit before your next bill. Normally you should get it in 3 days.

@AA_shah If you used a friends referral code you should receive $10 credit in your available funds with in 72hours of activation . If it’s been longer then this please submit ticket with support to make sure the code was entered correctly
