I signed up and subscribed for the 50% off flash deal promo, but as soon as I downloaded the app to sign in, it told me to pay again (which I did) but now it shows no 50% promo and my next payment shows double the price ($40)! @hTideGnow @J_PM @DR_PM

the roll-out of the 50% off promo was such a mess that Customer Support is swamped putting out resulting fires. Wait times will be longer until they get caught up and someone fixes all the bugs in the system. The word of the day ...Patience !

it is a big confused now with how the system handle and show the 50% off.  But is your service working or not?
