My wife and I subscribe to Public Mobile. We buy chits to fund our plans. We bought chits for both of us on February 23 and tried to submit them, but no luck. The system is saying that it cannot accept our payments. We are doing what we normally do, so not sure why the extra funds are being rejected. Is there some maintenance of the system going on, thereby blocking us from adding funds to our accounts?

Yes lots of posts regarding this. Just have to keep trying.
Maybe try a different device if possible.

you are using voucher?
are you trying to load via *611? Try that.
If you already try *611, then use try to load the fund using My Account. Login using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser
