Hello! CS has not responded to my tickets since last night. My SIM card requires a PUK for me to gain access. I see there are eSIM cards available and I wonder if I switch to an eSIM card, will still encounter the same issue as my physical card? Any help is appreciated.

you sure yours is a sim card PUK that you need? If you need a device unlock code, you don't ask PM support for it

HI @nessacyu you probably don't need us to tell you how to open ticket with support again. Check Community inbox for PM agent's reply. If really no reply, could be because of the weekend, please submit them another message

I already did that but CS has not responded to my ticket since last night.

Customer service not responding to my tickets or emails. Is there a faster way to get a response?
please advise. I need assistance to access my PUK to unlock my SIM card. Thank you

what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places
If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or "SIM not Supported" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier help unlocking it.
(Sorry, for this particular issue, PM support would not be able to help)
