Hi all,


I recently migrated my phone number from FIZZ. I tried to migrate using my IMEI number. But I got a text message notifying me that it was incorrect, right now my phone number seems to be in limbo. What's the easiest way to contact support to complete my number transfer?






@patricklee Yes, contact PM CS_Agent to reinitiate the port in request. Use your FIZZ account number instead of IMEI number.
