I received a message saying that I entered an incorrect ESN?MEID while activating my eSIM . How can I reinitialize the eSIM installation/number transfer process again?
I'm transfering from Cityfone.

@BaoV I’ll send you porting team number private message and give them old provider account number and if more the IMEI it’s not needed . They can re trigger the port request for you

the ENS/MEID is about you didn't give the account number for porting. Please provide them the account number instead
