Problem with my account and impossible to reach a support agent or create a ticket

I just put in for a new account and paid for the new promotion, in the app it gave me an error and said I needed to contact support which seems impossible. There’s already a hold for the funds in my band account but I can’t seem to get help.

and if you click here @CS_Agent , you should see this:

 and you can click the button Send a Message and you can type them the message

It won’t allow me to message CS_Agent for whatever reason it doesn’t show up as a valid message recipient
