I just put in for a new account and paid for the new promotion, in the app it gave me an error and said I needed to contact support which seems impossible. There’s already a hold for the funds in my band account but I can’t seem to get help.

It won’t allow me to message CS_Agent for whatever reason it doesn’t show up as a valid message recipient

at which step in the activation it got the error? and you were using app? passed the payment?
