Get an error message when trying to sign up a person for a new plan. Tried 2 different computers, 3 browsers, got the message. "WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST" I got no help from chat.
Anyone know whats going on here? Seems to be more than me as others mention it on Redit.??

I am having the same issue. Try to set up New account and get same error message.

@Deletethis - I see your issue, because I cannot see that I can send you a private message. So you need to turn this feature on in your settings.
Go to your Avatar, then choose My Settings, then click the box to "Turn on private messages".
