1. When I’m trying to call someone I hear “7B1 your phone is not activated on a network”, but I can get calls and answer them, how can I fix that? P. s. I got this issue after I changed my plan

HI @_Olena_L renewed or updated last night? it could be the problem. you really need to submit ticket with agent and ask them to refresh your account

Are you out of minutes? The $15 plan has 100 outgoing minutes and unlimited incoming minutes.

and you are not on $15 plans, right?
7B1 could also be network problem. Would you be going out ? check your phone in another location.
And for workaroud, download TextNow and use it to make calls until issue is resolved

Thanks for your reply! I tried everything but it doesn’t work and I can’t contact a CS Agent. I need to submit the ticket before but I get error message each time I press submit the ticket.

Try rebooting your device, resetting your network connections, toggle in airplane mode, on and off, and removing then re-inserting the Sim card in the device.
