Print out showing Cell Number, Name and Address on a single page

Hi all

Has anyone got an idea on how to get  Cell number, Name and address on a single page for printing?

legal requirement ;-(

in this case, the ask is directly related to my Cell Number

Since Public mobile does not check identity and address, its invoice is usually not suitable for legal requirements.  You could put any name and address down and Public mobile does not check.  Depending on your exact purpose, you may need an utility bill to confirm address, etc.

@mario00   do you need an official invoice? 

If so, you can ask PM to prepare, but it takes 2 or 3 weeks

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
