Hi there,
I'm trying to port out my phone to freedom mobile since yesterday. Freedom inform me there is an error from Public Mobile and need me to contact you for the current status.

Could be from 2-4 hours up to days based on the previous messages indicated by others. Enure you click on your picture amd click messages to see responses.

I do provide them my the proper account number from my profile. However, no SMS message was received. So I need public mobile agent to check the status.

@garyF did you receive the text from PM to confirm the port? They are experiencing issues with SMS so that could also be a factor. Also ensure that your PM account is current.
If yes, then follow the previous steps and contact PM to complete.

did you provide them the PM account number? that is important. If you only provide them IMEI, please login your My Account, go to Profile, get the account number and give Freedom the account number
if you given them everything, then check with agent to see if they ever got a port out request
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
