Hi there,I'm trying to port out my phone to freedom mobile since yesterday. Freedom inform me there is an error from Public Mobile and need me to contact you for the current status.
I do provide them my the proper account number from my profile. However, no SMS message was received. So I need public mobile agent to check the status.
