how do i change the subscription plan for my 2nd number. there is no option given to change for this

 I have 2 phone. Myself and my wife. both are under my login name but there is no option given to change the subscription plan for my wife number

i was able to change my subcription to the current new promo of $34 but it wont let me change for my wife number. there is no option given to change

It is not possible to have 2 accounts on 1 account. 1 email/1 account.

So she needs to create a new account.
