Porting number from PM -Need to setup PIN first

Please advise how to setup a pin. PM port team asking for PIN to verify me before approving the port to Fido. Thanks.

I don't see what you see. I've tried signing onto my account on PM website and also tried the PM app. I only see voicemail password account security info.

When you access your self service account, in the profile section, you should be able to manually select your PIN.

login to My Account, go to Profile and you can reset PIN there
