I'm trying to port my number from Koodo. It says I need to select a new number and then change to my old number in your help docs. Can someone help me do this?

hi @Nick1985 it is possible server error for to volume. PM already charged you, so please submit ticket with CS agent for help

@hTideGnow I was postpaid in Koodo. But it says that activation failed when I downloaded the app. I am using e-sim. I get the activation failed message at the last step on the app after entering my IME, and on the page where I can select 'existing number'.

hi @Nick1985 a new number is needed first before porting of you are porting from Koodo Prepaid
If postpaid, you don't need to do that, you can request porting directly during activation
