Porting issue

I responded “yes” to my previous carrier text to proceed with porting. It has been over 12 hours now and still nothing has happened. I don’t believe the number has ported. Maybe it’s something I did

can you make outgoing calls and does data work?  if they both work and just problem with incoming calls, then it is a stuck port.  There is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them 

however, if there is no service at all, then it is a setup problem and you need to ask PM to help by message them here

@Rileymurfy44   When you say nothing has happened, do you mean your previous carrier's sim still works?   If it doesn't have you inserted your Public Mobile sim and restarted the phone?
