I have a public Mobile number 'A' and a VoIP number 'B'. I wanna keep number 'B' permanently by porting it to public Mobile which then replaces the number 'A' but keeps the deal I've got with public Mobile number 'A'. What's the process?

Hey @bee19
That is super easy to do as I did the exact same thing you want to do. I got a number with Public Mobile years ago. Good number and all but I really liked my Fongo number more. So I logged into my account and went here to port that number over. It took about a week or so as VOIP porting is a bit different. After a week, I had my VOIP number and the plan didn't change. You are allowed to change your number up to 4 times a month. Weird eh? Here's the direct link to port your number over.
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/transfer-phone-number
Check this link first to confirm it can be ported. Just to be sure as some VOIP companies don't allow the port.

hi @bee19
if you are giving up number A, then just go to My Account profile and click Transfer Phone number and follow the steps
you will stay with the same plan that way
