Hi,
Went through the activation and wanted to keep existing #. Said to wait for sms to let Telus know it was OK. 24 hrs laer have not recieved sms. How long does this realy take?

should be right away. You must leave the Telus sim in the cell to get the sms from them, to which you reply YES within 90 mins. I'll send you a number to call to restart the port...check the little envelop icon top right side of page.

Did you provide the Telus account number during activation?
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can confirm the port status. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
