I paid my plan twice but my account got suspended

My account got auto-paid on the 24th and today I realized that I suddenly had no connection. I found a wifi spot and my account said that it had been suspended and I needed to pay to reactivate. I did but then it continued to not work. My account shows that I have 35$ loaded and the next payment is due in October but my account still says that I need to pay to renew my plan?

Try reset the network setting on your phone then reboot your phone.

If you don’t know how to do this. Let us know the make and model of your phone.
