I transfered my number from Rogers on Tuesday. I replied to the text from Rogers to authorize the transfer. However my Public Mobile SIM card still doesn't work for incoming text or calls. I submitted a ticket on Tuesday and have not heard anything. I am now paying for two phone plans until the issue is resolved. Not sure what I can or should do now?

So outgoing calls work?
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
