You can try the Telus team porting number, but I don't think that your account was set up properly. So, you may still need to wait for customer service agent help. The Telus team can't fix account issues.

The number I sent in the top right corner of the page will be able to re initiate the port and will also be able to confirm if the port was successful. If it was, then please go to the bottom of the page and create a ticket to get a CS Agent to assist.
To Submit a ticket, please click the following link to access the Public Mobile Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type: Customer Service Agent
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I am not a Public Mobile employee. I am a customer just like you. Please do not send me a private message with your personal information.

Yes I already called my provider yesterday and told them I was porting the number we did the whole thing to port the number and it went through but I have no service so what do I do they have to approve it for me? Because I don't have my old phone to click yes to work

I tried the network reset
Yes I tried the sim card in another phone I saw all these options online last night / this morning with no resolve
So this is where the problem comes in. You NEED to be able to receive the port request from the other service provider and say YES. If you don't do that, the port won't go through. You need to get a hold of the other provider first and advise them you are porting to Public Mobile. Then call the number in your upper mail box.

Hello @Jax777
Before one of us sends you the number, can you try a few things?
1. Place your other service providers SIM card into your phone. See if you still have service. If you do, then one of us will send the number to call.
2. Try resetting your network settings and reboot. See if you get service.
3. Try your public mobile SIM card in a different phone. See what happens. If it works, then pop it back into your phone and your golden.
If all this fails, we'll send you the number to call.
