Porting a number from Petro-Mobility

I went to the transfer phone numer page and put in my Petro-Mobility number, it says "Phone number not eligible for port". That's it, or there is a solution to this problem?

Now when I get to the second page of number transfer it asks me to "Select Your Old Mobile Service Provider".

Petro-Canada Mobility is not on the list, would some other name from the list suffice?

@ElenaSt - if Ztar Mobile is listed there, choose that one.

@ElenaSt  Check to see if your number can be ported from this Koodo website (Telus owns Koodo and Public Mobile), so, same allowances here: https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/default.do?lang=en&appname=otherportal

If the number is portable to Public, choose the provider Ztar mobile.
