I need to port a number. Public Mobile need to resend the request within 24 hours. I tried to submit a ticket but keep getting an error 404. Please advise.

If you call the Telus/Public Mobile Porting Department they'll be able to cancel any old Ports so that you can resubmit the new one from your My Account settings.

The chatbot tickets don't always work. Send a private message to CS_Agent.
