I didn't receive a text confirming the porting of my phone number. I am porting from Zoomer wireless (didn't see this option on the drop down box) which is part of the Rogers network.

@YL4 I'll send you the phone number for the porting team to help you. Give me a couple of minutes then check your community inbox (at the envelope icon top right or click your avatar and select Messages if you don't see an envelope).

@YL4 Is your phone working yet on PM with your previous number? It's been said before in the community that Zoomer doesn't send authorization texts.

If your Ported it in the 'Roger's' Option, that's why you haven't gotten the Port Request. It's different systems.
The Public Mobile line will be essentially Ghosting the Number you tried to Port in.
