You can unsubscribe to the plan to stop your payments and service. To do so:
The site will then you to a new page. From there:
3. Turn on your subscription

Are you porting out your number to another company? If so, when the port is complete your account is automatically cancelled.
The second step is to log into your account and turn off automatic subscriptions if that's how you had it set.
The 3rd step is to contact a CS agent and have them remove your credit card from their file, if you want peace of mind

Log in to the Public Mobile app or My Account.
You can cancel a future-dated subscription change at any time by going to the ‘Subscription and Add-Ons’ tab and selecting ‘Cancel Subscription Change’.
Please note that Public Mobile operates on a prepaid basis, so you won't incur additional charges after canceling, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
