Hello I am wondering how I can get a prorated refund. I recently paid my Public Mobile bill on December 20th and just ported over my number today. Does the prorated refund go back to my account that I have pre authorized payments from?

It's a prepaid carrier which means you paid in advance. Postpaid carriers prorate as they charge you at the end of a cycle so they can take any changes into account.

sorry, no prorated. if you ported to Fido, the account is closed and the money for the remaining days will be gone.

@mshukla4039 unfortunately there are no refunds or prorated amount given using cancelation.
