It should have done within 4 days when i got my first reply from Mod.
Here is a tips when you send msg to mods;
1.provide as much as information you can including your PM SIM#, your phone # to port, your account # from previous operator and the name on the account.
2 send msg to more than 1 mods.
I sent to 4 mods and got reply from one of them other 3 still shows "not yet read". One of them replyed me within 3 days and asked me to provided more information as i sent her only my PM No. and expected her to see everything on my account. Then waited another 3-4 days and got my problem fixed.
So the key is sending all info. at the first msg to get the problem sloved as quick as possible.
